This is a special edition of App Store PUndit. I don’t review new iPhone apps, but instead give details, and a demo of the accessibility features found in the iPhone 3GS. You’ll learn how the new iPHone is exciting to disabled people who have had limited access to smartphone, and how 3GS features like voiceover, zoom, and black on white actually work.

I posted this article on my personal blog this morning. I care a lot about iPhone accessibility, and I’ve tried to explain what the new iPhone 3G S potentially means for those who would like to use an iPhone, but haven’t been able to do so. As I say in the post, accessibility, and the degree to which developers include support for it in their apps, will be an element of future App Store Pundit reviews.

I’ve just posted an episode I recorded a day or so ago. It may be my last for a little while, as I need to attend to a family emergency. Thanks for your interest in the show, and keep those review suggestions coming.
